06 Mar 2020 – Team Noetic recently organised a fun-packed STEAM (Strategy to Execution using Agile Mindset) workshop at its office conducted by Xecofy, a British agile consulting firm. It was an experiential full day workshop during which the team learnt the key principles of agile, lean, scrum, kanban and their implementation in our work.
The team experienced lean and agile ways of working in a fun environment. It helped them recognise the limitations of traditional ways of working and how to address them. They took a deep dive into lean and agile practices and how these can be adopted at Noetic where the focus is on developing IT products and services. They were introduced to the proven agile delivery framework for efficient and effective engagement of teams using a contextual problem solving approach. Xecofy trainer also helped them understand how to start their journey towards creating a culture of continuous improvement at Noetic with an agile mindset.
CEO Noetic Technologies, Talha Izhar, said about this workshop, “For our team, the key take-aways from this workshop have been to implement agile, scrum, kanban and devops practicies in our product development work with shorter feedback cycles. It will definitely help us in creating world-class products for our clients, who are large corporate organisations and are already following best practices of agile, scrum and devops.”
